We are not a charity. We are a community.
We are a community of former child refugees and survivors. We have known loss. We have known hunger. We are united by one conviction: aid should be empowering and sustainable.
Our Story
Hope G.C.L.M. Foundation was born out of a deep frustration, a decades-long weariness with aid dependency that never truly empowered anyone.
We are not here to save the less privileged. We are here to serve and empower children, women, and men, people living in conditions that deny them access to safe water, nutritious food, quality education, and opportunity. We walk alongside them so they can become independent, self-actualized, and self reliant.
Our goal was never to create dependency. Our goal was to create dignity.
